Services
Inspired Communication LLC offers two services: Wellness Coaching Sessions and Group Workshops. All remote sessions and workshops are private and confidential. Corporate leaders: Individual sessions (tune-ups and coaching) are also available at the team level. Inquiries are welcomed.
Wellness Coaching Sessions
Services include 15-, 30-, and 60-minute sessions conducted by phone. Once a session is booked, you will receive a consent form. Please sign and return this form 3 - 5 days prior to your session start or your session may be delayed.

30-Minute Tune-up vs 30/60 Minute Session: ​​
Tune-ups identify, address, and remove blockages and distortions to strengthen your overall energy system. *Tune-ups can comprise one-half of a 60-minute coaching session.
Coaching sessions are designed to address specific issues by identifying and releasing the underlying energies and patterns. ​​

Workshops
Inspired Communication workshops target life challenges with powerful, proven techniques that are easy to learn and use. ​Release Your Fears! Level 1 and 2 provide instruction in pattern recognition and release work. Outcomes: You will learn how to release core fear patterns that manifest undesired outcomes due distortions in your energy field. Once these patterns and programs are released, your energy field will strengthen; your overall well-being will improve; and, your heart will be primed to realize your dreams and desires.
Release Your Fears! Level 1
Cost $295, 2-hour remote, online session via Webex
Class is limited to 5 participants.
Course worksheet shared prior to the session.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:
​- Release 2 core patterns: the unknown & giving power away
- Identify and stop power grabs and give-aways (See Why Do We Give Power Away?)
- Remove fears about the future so you can be more present
- Apply this technique to other patterns/experiences
- Invite new potentials and possibilities into your life
- Center and reset to higher frequencies to "power up"
Release Your Fears! Level 2
Cost $295, 2-hour remote, online session via Webex
Class is limited to 5 participants.

Level 2 offers a deeper dive into pattern recognition and release techniques. In this workshop, you will work on 3 - 5 patterns of your choosing (examples: work challenges, health issues, job hunting, relationships, etc). We'll also explore how word choices enhance or detract from your abundance.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
​- Release 3 - 5 patterns/experiences that hold you back
- Continue to build "energy wise" skills
- Reframe word choices to practice abundance
- Center and reset to higher frequencies to "power up"
- Identify other patterns and themes to address

About Me
Building an intuitive wellness coaching business is a dream come true for me. Throughout my career, I've worked in the agency, corporate, journalism, and entrepreneur worlds specializing in executive communications, public relations, and marketing and communications. I've also conducted workshops on change and communication for executives and leadership teams.
During these years, I began to see and innerstand the stories we tell to each other. And to ourselves. I created Inspired Communication after spending thousands of hours on my own inner work, sampling, designing, and testing techniques and processes that could provide optimal benefit. The intuitive gifts and mastery I've honed over 25+ years are the result of hard work and a passion for wellness.
Most importantly, these gifts are meant to be shared. From my heart to yours, to inspire and encourage you and other like-minded souls, as we explore together the wonderment of this amazing journey called life.
